Migration

Jobs, we live because we are getting payed of what we do best. Everyone has a dream, a dream to be successful and be on top. But all dreams can't be achieved but however it can be achieved if you go to a country with a good economy and government. Due to those peoples mentality a lot of experienced workers had been going abroad to work and get a payed by a huge amount compared to their origin country.

Study shows that mostly people that work in 3rd world countries have been most likely to migrate. Migrating to countries such as: America, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan etc.. . 2.2 Million filipinos and a majority of them are Medical workers such as Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics, and Psychologist. Due to the lacking of Health workers we are now slowing down on research and help. Also another cause of migration are the low crime rates, Its probably  because they dont feel safe at their country and decided to migrate to countries that are very peaceful. There so many more reasons why People migrate but i've only listed the causes. The effects of Migration  there are good things and bad things about migration. The negative are discrimination, seperation, overcrowding, and joblessness. Yes, Joblessness due to many people Overcrowding there are less and less jobs, Sad to see that people lose hope that easily to their own country. Positives are richer more diverse culture, helps to reduce any labour shortages and more people to meet and maybe meet your future wife. There are some experiences that you cant experience back at home. Such as cultures in certain countries that you can experience because it is said so by law.

In conclusion there if there were more  experienced people migrating to other countries people who are unexperienced will have to take their jobs as replacement. And there are lots of jobs that need experienced wokers such as Doctors/Surgeon. If this continues on and soon we'll run out of medical staff to sooth our needs.
